Nomadic Luxury is a Corporate Housing Company built for the 21st Century property owner, manager, and landlord.

We do things slightly differently than the traditional Corporate Housing Management Company. Instead of finding our customers and corporate clients first, we first find properties that will up-level our portfolio, with great locations, accessibility, and amenities. Once identified, we sign long-term leases with the property (multi-year if possible).
We then invest heavily in interior design, furnishing, and cleaning to make a ready-made home. Once the home is ready for occupancy, we then offer the property to large businesses, traveling healthcare workers, and other corporate clients that need to house employees and other traveling workers.
